As a Certified ProEFT, EFT and Matrix Reimprinting practitioner, and over the last 30 years as a California Licensed Acupuncturist, I have used acupuncture, hypnotherapy, nutrition, Chinese Herbs and life coaching. I started using EFT in my practice in 1998 and later ProEFT and Matrix Reimprinting, and found that they are most effective tools I have ever used and have phased out all other modalities in my practice. The fast results with ProEFT and Matrix Reimprinting on unresolved emotional issues and physical symptoms have been amazing.

I have done over 12,000 EFT sessions since 1998.

I have always felt that the underlying cause of many illnesses, physical symptoms and negative emotions was a disturbance in the person’s energy field caused by core issues and decisions made in childhood. ProEFT and Matrix Reimprinting address both of these factors, and that is why they help so many people.

My job as a practitioner is to create a safe, loving, non- judgmental container for healing. All healing comes from within, and clients heal themselves. We can change and clear out the old programming and decisions we have made in our childhood that bring us inner pain and separate us from our true selves. I can guide you with ProEFT and Matrix Reimprinting to the parts of yourself that were doing their best in the situation but made decisions about themselves and life that produced inner pain, self- dislike, low self- esteem or limitations.

I work on a wide variety of issues: trauma like rape or molestation and little traumas, woman’s issues, mother and father issues, phobias, goals, limiting beliefs, etc… My expertise with ProEFT and Matrix Reimprinting is to help you find and explore your negative core beliefs that get in the way of returning to balance, joy and ease. By reprogramming these negative beliefs into positive self and life affirming ones, you open to more Presence, greater possibilities and peace.

People can do EFT at home or with a facilitator like me. Working with a practitioner, like me, can provide you with new perspectives and insights and help, unwind your story, so that you get the deeper issues resolved.

I have been meditating since 1969. Mediation is my favorite thing to do. One of the wonderful side effects of 30 plus years of meditating is that my intuition has developed and is a big help to me in my sessions. I am a full time ProEFT and Matrix Reimprinting practitioner and work Monday through Wednesday. I’d love to serve you.
